The student mentor position is
integral to the success of the Wisdom Ranch School and
its students. Mentors are role models in every way—in
work, academics, and play. Student mentors live with
and work alongside our students during their shifts.
The job requires a passion for helping others, genuine
dedication and caring, and a desire to work with high
school-age young men.
The schedule at WRS is unique. Student mentors start
by working 18 days a month. You’ll earn more time off
during each quarter with us. It makes for a great work
hard / play hard life balance. Don’t apply to work
here for the schedule, apply to work here because you
want to make a difference in someone’s life.
Salary & Benefits: Salary starts
at $1800/month with scheduled increases each quarter.
Healthcare benefits fully paid after 3 months.

describing why you are interested in the position to Tom
Harvey at jobs@wisdomranch.org.
