Monte brings his experience
as a leader in the Marine Corps during Desert Storm, a cattle
ranch manager, a wilderness trip director, and a therapist for
a residential treatment program together to lead our staff of
highly skilled individuals. Since 1995 he has worked for several
therapeutic outdoor adventure programs. Monte's proven management
and leadership style, combined with his excellent interpersonal
skills, ensure our continued success in combining ranching with
personal development outcomes. On the other hand, he refuses
to wear a watch and is habitually late. Feel free to email him
